Introducing the actuator | Rotating type 'Rotary Solenoid'!

Adopted in a wide range of industries, including laboratory systems and industrial sewing machines! It demonstrates greater force than linear actuators in long stroke ranges.

The rotary type "Rotary Solenoid" manufactured and sold by Shin Denko Mechatronics is designed based on the flat structure and principle of our push-pull solenoids. It is an actuator that converts linear force into rotational motion, allowing for slight axial movement while rotating during operation. The case and armature plate are equipped with three special inclined grooves called ball races, and between them, bearing balls are used. When direct current voltage is applied to the coil, the suction force generated pushes the armature plate strongly against the bearing balls on the case side, enabling instantaneous rotational movement at a fixed angle while performing axial motion due to the function of the ball races. 【Features】 ■ This solenoid provides direct rotational motion. ■ It has a simple structure and excellent durability. ■ A wide range of models is available, from small to large, allowing for selection suited to various applications. ■ Depending on the model, the rotation angles can be 25°, 35°, 45°, 67.5°, or 95° to the right or left. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
